PSW2 is used to control electric smokehouses.
Using the buttons, the user can adjust the temperature to which he is aiming. The current temperature setting is displayed on the graphic LCD.

In addition, the user can regulate fan speed and smoke generator power.

Using the buttons, the user can adjust the temperature to which he is aiming. The current temperature setting is displayed on the graphic LCD.

In addition, the user can regulate fan speed and smoke generator power.

The device can control the curing (smoking) process.

The device can be equipped with a temperature probe (or two) so that it can maintain a constant temperature or limit its maximum value (protection)
A second probe can be connected to the device. The second probe, in addition to measuring the second temperature, allows the device to end. This is particularly useful, e.g. when the second probe is placed in the meat during smoking and the process is to end when the temperature is reached, e.g. "Ta = 50" degrees
