PAMEL PRW3F is a three-phase controller for large electric smokers with a maximum heater power of 3 × 5.5 kW, up to 16.5 kW in total. It controls chamber temperature from 0–130°C, heater power from 0–100%, the fan, smoke generator and lighting. It supports one chamber probe and up to three product probes.

PRW3F is designed for large three-phase electric smokers. In addition to the heaters, it monitors product temperature and controls the smoke generator, fan and lighting, so one controller manages the entire process.

Key capabilities

Power up to 16.5 kW

Three channels rated up to 5.5 kW each make it possible to control large chambers and installations requiring three-phase power.

Product monitoring

The chamber probe regulates the process, while up to three product probes let you monitor load temperature. One of them can end the process when Ta is reached.

Full automation

The controller manages drying, smoke-generator ignition, smoking and finishing, and controls the fan, smoke and lighting.
