Description
PRD3F+ DUO by PAMEL is used to regulate the power of heating elements. The maximum adjustable power is 3x4W 3x230V V).

It consists of two parts: a panel and an actuator module. This allows the user to mount a thin panel and place the entire actuator module elsewhere. All power and measurement cables lead only to the actuator module. Both modules are connected with a thin 2m cable.

Control of up to three independent valves!!!

Using two buttons, the user can adjust the power supplied to the circuit, or it can be adjusted automatically (PID function). In distillation mode, the power is adjusted to a single temperature. In smoking mode, the power is determined based on the average temperature from selected sensors. The current power setting is displayed on the graphic LCD display.
The device continuously displays a maximum of 5 temperatures, e.g., cooler, tank, head, column, column 2 in distillation mode, or SONDA1, SONDA2, SONDA3, SONDA4 in smoking mode. All probe names can be changed to any 10-letter code.
Audible alarms and heater shutdown temperatures can be configured.
The device has the ability to automatically adjust power depending on the temperature difference measured by the probe and the temperature set by the user.
An additional advantage is the ability to display temperature-versus-time graphs, making it easier to monitor the production cycle.

The heater power can be set manually by the user, or the device can automatically adjust it as shown in the graph.

The device continuously monitors temperatures, including while setting the settings.
