PAMEL PRW is a controller for electric smokers. It maintains the set temperature, displays current values on the LCD screen and allows control of the fan and smoke-generator power. Probes provide temperature monitoring in the chamber and in the product.

PAMEL PRW – smoker controller

PRW is designed to control an electric smoker. The user sets the target temperature, while the controller manages the process and displays current values on the LCD screen. The unit also allows adjustment of fan speed and smoke-generator power.

Temperature control

Temperature probes allow the chamber and product temperatures to be monitored. Once the set product temperature has been reached, the controller can end operation according to the process settings.

SOLO version and options

  • PRW controller with the standard equipment for the series,
  • choice of power-cable variant,
  • optional drying fan,
  • optional additional 230 V output with a switch for chamber lighting.

Warranty: up to 60 months.
