PAMEL PWENT1 – Fan for Smokers/Heaters, Better Drying and Even Smoking

PWENT1 is a practical fan designed for use with electric smokers and PAMEL heaters. It facilitates drying of the load, air circulation, and even temperature distribution, which directly translates into better product quality.

Available versions (to choose from):

  1. Fan only – for users who want to prepare their own cables and connections.

  2. Fan with 2m cable + traditional 230V plug – ready to connect without modifications.

  3. Fan with C14 plug (so-called computer plug) – for direct connection to the controller PRW (dedicated solution for smokers with PAMEL automation).

Why is it worth using a fan in a smoker?

1. Better drying before smoking
Air movement helps dry sausages, hams, and other products faster and more evenly before the actual smoking process. Dry surface:

  • accepts smoke better,

  • minimizes the risk of "scalding,"

  • improves the appearance and texture of the product.

2. Even temperature in the chamber
The fan reduces temperature differences between the top and bottom of the smoker. Thanks to circulation:
