Robust tubular heater for smoking and process chambers. The design allows for one-time forming of a shape tailored to your chamber: "U", "S", meander, or circle/oval. It ensures rapid heating and stable operation while maintaining temperature, and with the appropriate controller (e.g. PAMEL PRW, PPOWER/PRD) – precise power/temperature control.

Bending – principles

  • Bend only cold (heater not turned on, cooled down).
  • Minimum bend radius: ≥ 3× outer diameter of the heater (e.g., Ø8 mm → R ≥ 24 mm).
  • One "ready-made" shape – avoid repeated bending/unbending in the same place.
  • Use a roller/bender or a large radius edge (do not break the tube!).
  • Do not squeeze connection zones (cold leads, ferrules, leads).
