Controller PPOWER-MD, manufactured by the Polish company PAMEL, is used for precise temperature control of heating elements with a total power of up to 4 kW.

The device allows for the connection of measurement probes and is equipped with:

two inputs for PT1000 sensors,
two control outputs:
- 230 V – for controlling a solenoid valve (e.g., water),
- 12 V – for controlling an alcohol solenoid valve.

PPOWER-MD is a modern, Polish-made temperature controller PAMEL, designed for precise control of heating elements with a power up to 4 kW. The color graphic display and touchpad make operation quick and intuitive—both for simple processes and long cycles requiring constant monitoring.

Color Touchscreen Interface — Quick temperature and power settings, clear previews of current values.
Two PT1000 probes (DC 5.5/2.1 connectors):
– Probe 1 — current regulation,
– Probe 2 — safety mode (e.g., stops when the keg temperature is reached, e.g., "Ta = 95 °C").
Alarm and auto-stop — when the threshold is exceeded: visual and sound signal, 30-second countdown for correction, then stops; restarts with one touch.
Valve outputs: 230 V (e.g., water/cooling) and 12 V (e.g., alcohol valve).
Compact housing with brackets for wall or pipe mounting.
Forced Cooling (built-in fan) and double protection (overcurrent + thermal).
Up to 40 months warranty.

Option: remote alarm notification (push/SMS notifications - depending on accessory configuration).

Note: connectors DC 5.5/2.1 for PT1000; incompatible with PRD probes.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I use my own PT1000 probes?
Yes, if they have plugs DC 5.5/2.1 and are electrically compatible. (PRD2U probes are not compatible.)

What happens if the temperature limit is exceeded?
A visual and audible alarm will sound, the device will count down 30 seconds, and then stop the process. Resume: with one touch.

Will the controller power my water/alcohol valve?
Yes - 230V output is provided (e.g., water/cooling) and 12 V (e.g., alcohol valve). Valve cables are available separately.
