The PPOWER-S controller

PPOWER-S, manufactured by the Polish company PAMEL, is a compact controller designed to regulate the temperature of heating elements with a power of up to 4 kW. Thanks to its high control precision and ease of use, it is suitable for both home and professional applications.

Functionality

Temperature and power are adjusted using two control buttons. The current setting and operating parameters are displayed on an clear LCD screen.

High-resolution power control (0.25%) allows for very precise adjustment of the device's operation to the process being performed.

The controller also allows for the use of an operating time function. The user can set the time in the range of 0–999.

0 – the operating time function is disabled,
a value greater than 0 – after the set time has elapsed, the controller will automatically turn off the heating.

This is a very useful solution wherever, in addition to temperature, time control is also important, for example during smoking, honey sterilization, distillation or other technological processes.

It is possible to connect two PT1000 probes.:

The first one is used for ongoing regulation,
The second one allows for automatic shutdown after reaching the set temperature (e.g., meat during smoking or keg batch during distillation).

After exceeding the temperature "Ta" the controller:

waits 30 seconds – for any adjustments to the setting,
activates visual and audible alarm,
stops the process until confirmed by the user (middle button).

A version with remote alarm notification module is also available.
