Installation instructions
- Prepare the installation site – drill/cut a hole in the tank and prepare a socket for welding the sleeve (if welded), maintaining alignment and wall thickness appropriate for the heater power.
- Weld the sleeve (if welded) or screw it into an existing element with a compatible thread – ensure perpendicularity. After welding, clean and check for leaks (penetrant/pressure/wet).

- Seal the thread – Use PTFE tape or thread sealant for pipe connections, according to workshop practice.
- Leakage Test – Add the medium/filling agent or apply operating pressure and check the connection both cold and hot.
