PZW2 2700 W – a more powerful ready-made kit with PRD2 and two probes
The 2700 W version combines the PRD2 controller, PGW1 2700 W heater, two probes, wiring and a drip tray. It is a ready-made base for building or upgrading an electric smokehouse without selecting the basic components separately.

Higher heater power
PGW1 2700 W provides more power reserve than the 2000 W version, which can be important for a larger chamber or greater heat loss.
Two measurements
The STANDARD probe monitors the chamber temperature, while the SHARP probe can measure the temperature inside the product.
Smooth regulation
PRD2 regulates power from 0–100% in 0.25% steps, so the heater does not have to work only in a simple full-power / off mode.

Chamber and product control without constantly watching the power
PRD2 can control the heater based on process temperature, while the additional Ta measurement lets you monitor product temperature. This is practical for finishing and ending the process when the selected internal temperature is reached.
The PGW1 2700 W heater has a stainless-steel deflector. The kit also includes a drip tray and heater power cable, so the basic heating-system components are supplied together.

Important before installation and start-up
The components operate on 230 V mains voltage. Install and connect them according to the instructions with the power disconnected. Do not bypass the factory thermal protections of the heating device and do not coil high-power cables into tight loops.
